Complete Communication

Complete communication.

Whether you are seeking clarity in your awareness of self and your own thoughts, or you want to strengthen your communication with others, there are key factors to take into consideration for your connection to be complete.

When one of more of these key factors is missing, it leads to unresolved issues; increased stress; and less joy within your life and relationships. As your energy and productivity decrease, so does your peace of mind and satisfaction.

One of the challenges of reaching complete communication is individuals are typically really good at some components while avoiding other pieces. They may be attempting to connect with someone who has strength and avoidance similarities, or they may be opposite.

Either way, something is missed if you’re not intentional with ensuring that all pieces receive sufficient attention.

One piece of complete communication that is often missed is defining future action.

What has been done in the past; What are current actions; What’s working; What’s causing difficulties? These are all important questions to address.

But the one that tops all of these is, “What are we going to do moving forward?”

When future action is not defined and acted upon, nothing changes.

And soon, you find yourself struggling with the exact same issues – again.

You can start with a deeply meaningful conversation. But if action steps are not defined, committed to, and acted upon, you’ll find yourself having that same conversation again. (And again and again and …)

Except now, you’re frustrated.

Because what you really want is change.
